Through this programme MPML guarantees that your rent will be disbursed to you at the mutually agreed date. If your tenants fail to do so, MPML will pay pursue them based on the Zero tolerance policy on rent arrears.

Guaranteed Rent Payment Disbursement Date –

MPML guarantees that your rent will be disbursed to you by the 10th of the month.

Periodic Inspections

Approximately every 90 days, we make a thorough inspection of your house, both inside and outside for the duration of the tenancy complete with reports sent to you. This helps us ensure that your property is being properly cared for.
